Initial Installation & Setup

I am having some issues trying to get this to work.

I tried posting a topic earlier, but I don't think it posted correctly.

I have followed all the steps, have MySQL DB setup, tables loaded, I get as far as "New installation of the V1.2.7 release of OpenDocMan", click that link, authorise the new installation, get the following message:

Checking that templates_c folder is writeable... OK
installing...
Database Created
Database Selected
All Done with installation!
Username: @@@@@

Password (WRITE IT DOWN): @@@@@

Click HERE to edit your site settings

I follow the link "HERE", which gives me this error message:
