Dear opendocman users,
this is my first post to the forum after installing opendocman. I hope someone can comment on my observation. To my understanding, if a document is 'checked out' it is looked and nobody should review or make changes until the document is checked in.
If I check out a document, other users can still view (which means downloading the document). Those users have therefore access to a old document. I know if you download a document you can't get it back into the system. But I'm wondering if it would not make more sense that viewing is disabled until a checked out document is checked in again.
What is your view ?
Frank
