i think this system can be powerfull if user can enter text base reporting
example:
under a department can have sub - categories like project, visit and so on
if user select project, all information about project listed
i think this features can do by user type someting

I do not quite understand your request. What is text base reporting?

Or are you just asking for sub-categories?
