New Install URL's - Can't Open

New install of OpenDocMan returned URL's.  I tried opening URL and Admin URL but get error messages when opening with IE 11 and Microsoft Edge:

HTTP 404 error
That’s odd... Microsoft Edge can’t find this page

Try this

• Retype the URL
  
• Go back to the last page
  

Neither alternative works.  Can someone help me?
