Load multiple files at once

Is it possible to load more than one file at a time? Load the whole content of a folder at once?

it should be resolved as soon as possible as it would increase the working efficiency

I had a solution in place, but there were some strange issues which I think might be caused by some javascript conflicts. I tried a couple of different multi-upload JS tools as well as a flash tool and they all had the same problem. I will be working on this more.
