Doc Types gone missing

I am a tester for OpenDoc Man. During first day of testing I set up Users, Dept, Cat and Types and uploaded documents. No problem so far. Later I amended User authorities and uploaded more docs. However, I now find that I cannot add, update, or delete any Types as the types have ‘disappeared’. I can only use the types I added on day 1. Any ideas on how to get the types back? Thanks.

Are you using 1.2.6beta? There should be a FileTypes admin tool you can configure.

Not using the beta version, using previous "production" version. What I can't understand is it (the type feature) was there on day one.

As I did not install this application, how can I tell what version I am using?

There should be a version.php file.
