New requests for my OpenDocMan installation

Hi there,

I installed OpenDocMan Version 1.2.5.7 to manage all the quality management documentation like defined in EN 17025 of our labor in the hospital.
After installation I got two requests:

- the revision_expiration have to be defined for every document seperatly
- the user have to be able to change dynamicly between list and tree view

I have already implemented this request in our installation.
If somebody is interested in to use this features, I have attached the changed scripts.

I will take a look at the changes and see if I can get those changes implemented into 1.2.6.
