Allow the ability to create sub-categories.

This would make my life a lot easier.

We have multiple templates for our staff to use in different countries, as an example;

Employment & HR

>>Employee Reference Letters
>>Firing & Termination
>>Hiring Employees
>>Insurance
etc.
