Sorry if this is a FAQ but I couldn't find it. I just set this up on CentOS 6 and I was able to upload a document successful and I see it in the table and in the file system but the owner and those given permission to read it just see "No Files Found". Any hints where the problem may be? Thank you.

Slightly off topic: I've attempted to contact you via your website's contact us page. The purpose of the mail was to enter into discussions revolving around specific customisations to your application.

As for the beta, I was getting ready to release it to the public and was performing some performance test and found a major issue with the main file list function that was causing slowdowns when there were over a few hundred files in the list.

I have improved the performance quite a bit but due to my limited time availability currently I am not sure when 1.2.6 will be released.

You can restrict documents based by selecting permissions for individual users and by setting permissions for individual departments.

Hi stephen,

thanks for your reply... I have entered the data dir as

'dataDir' => 'http://www.url.net/test/',

I create a new test folder on the root and entered the path of that folder in datadir.
but it is still showing the same error, please help me how can I solve this as I am trying this since last 2 days and I am not able to solve this...

Solving the document problem:

Turn off authorization via globals.

Delete the old document via the file system and in the database.

Add a new document.

Now all is clean.

The auth problem is that there must be user in the same department as the user who "adds" a document who can review it. If the doc owner's department doesn't have a reviewer, a user can perform the authorization but it won't "stick." That seems like a bug to me.

Well, I took the easy way out - reinstalled the whole thing. Seems to work as advertised now. The only exception I ran into was the mySql "null" value error noted in several entries on this board, which I corrected by issuing the ''SET sql_mode = '';" directive from the mySql command shell. I chose to go with Apache on this install rather than IIS, since the install doc lists Apache as a "requirement" and IIS as "partially tested". Thanks much for the quick turnaround on support. Looking forward to using this as a simple document/configuration management tool for our department. I shouldn't get any complaints about it being too complex or cumbersome. Regards, Owen.
