I have a big problem here.
Filled system with about 300 mostly PDF files. When I tryed adding new users, all users that I add have permission to VIEW ALL FILES.
All new users only. Old users that I made few days ago, only see their files, but new users see ALL files, but only VIEW permission...
Today I changed admin username from "admin" to my username so I don't know if that triggered something. I returned it back to admin, but it's not helping.
Also, on 2 files todays I set permission to READ for ALL DEPARTMENTS. Maybe that triggered something or maybe my translation of dropdown boxes in department permission did something.
Any help?
EDIT: When I chaged user DEPARTMENT to something else, he was only able to see his files. What's the problem here since I couldn't set that department to see all files?
Btw, I have 2 admins, and both are in that deparment, can that affect something?
