Create themes

I have maked all changed to work with tpl files except for settings. I want to put sources files as soon is it possible.

I am actually in the process of moving all HTML over to TPL files. Let me know which files you have gone through.

I have committed the latest round of theme coding. It should be fairly easy to create a new theme.

There is a new tweeter theme which is included as an example.

If you want to start from scratch with a new theme you just need to create a new folder in the templates/themes/ folder, then create a header.tpl and a footer.tpl.
