Visitrs can edit permissions??! - JAEJ - 01-01-2015

Hi all,
Just downloaded the opendoc support ticket system. In general, it appears very functional, with one main exception.
When I post a new support ticket, 2 of the options are grids to edit user group and department permissions to read only, write, admin, etc.

It does NOT make sense to me that a visitor would be allowed privileges to do this sort of editing, as it seems more the domain of an admin to be able to define these privileges.

Can you please tell me how to delete this option for just normal users (not admins) posting a support ticket on the site?

Thanks,
Jen

We have a plug-in called SimpleUser which will only present the users with minimal fields when they add a file. It hides the user/department permissions fields.
