file approval and Managing forbidden permission - unonumeric - 11-07-2014
How can I allocate file approval (for publication) from system admin to some other user.
Also, I am having problem in managing the forbidden permission. In a department, there are number of users. User A has uploaded a file and marked as forbidden for all users, still all the users are able to view the file (they can also check out the file).
I would like to know the settings so that when User A uploads a file and marks it forbidden for all, then nobody from his department should be able to see the file or view the content at least.
