I have installation issue!
I have downloaded version 1.2.8.1 but it doesn't have any install or setup file *.exe file. Please guide how to install, thanks. I download community version 1.2.8.1

OpenDocMan is not a desktop application, it is a web application. You will need a working PHP server to get this running.
