am unable to connect to the database I created - zuasman - 01-16-2012

pls can some one help me I have been trying to log on to the database opendocman i created "without any success and have been getting this message all the time
Checking that templates_c folder is writeable... OK

the machine is running on windows xp. can somebody help me out ?

Your opendocman database is either not created, or your connection information is wrong in config.php/
