Hi,
Is it possible to send reviewers an email every time a new files is uploaded for their review? If yes, how can it be done?

This could be done in 1.2.6beta with a simple plugin.

When will this beta version be ready in stable form for production use? What is the name of the plugin? I could see only two plugins on opendocman download page.

There is no plugin created for that yet, but someone could make one fairly quickly.
As for the timeframe, unless I get someone to help me out it is going to take some time.
