I am attempting to use ODM with Video Files of around 56meg and larger, it seems I can get files of smaller size uploaded, but even changing the info in Config.php to allow for larger file sizes isnt allowing me to upload larger video files.
Is this a limitation of MySQL or of my hosting service?
Or Do I need to change something in the Config.php to allow me to upload larger files. I even tried to ZIP them and it still will not allow it.

You would need to update the opendocman config along with your php.ini. There are a couple of settings in php.ini, like max_upload, max_post, etc..
