If possible with a comments log so that they can leave messages of what needs to be done ect.

Would it be possible to add alarms? If number of viewings in a specified time window is exceeded than email is send to designated admin/admins? For company protection. One can only save a file if he/she views it. Excessive viewing of the files might indicate a malitious action. I know cases where people steal companys intellectuall property by simply dumping it on memory stick. This feature would give some degree of protection.
