Not that, I though you install some translation tool on which we can log on and translate new lines you add.
For example, check LibreOffice, their translation system is Pootle.

I just completed the translation in Italian.
Attached you can find the content of file italian.php: I hope it may be useful.
Actually for a comlpete translation it is necessary to translate also some words directly in the database.
You can use phpMyadmin, open the database and you can easily find which words need to be translated.
Obviously when tampering with the tables you must be VERY careful.
