Multiple Categories on a Single File? - spbitticks - 01-31-2010 Hello All, Is it possible to tag files with multiple category labels - for example, Client Name, Client Industry and File Type? I like the ease of OpenDocMan's browsing by category, but I need to tag my files with several different categories to help keep things organized. Is there any way to add more pull-down menus besides "Department" and "category"? This would also make it possible for me to tag files with several categories. Cheers! Re: Multiple Categories on a Single File? - Stephen - 02-01-2010 I think you are looking for the UDF (Used Defined Field) option in OpenDocMan. It allows you to create your own select lists of values. |
