Community Support for OpenDocMan (Deprecated)

I have downloaded and installed Opendocman v 1.3.5 successfully but I have issues with the email notification.

1. Account created - email notification ok
2. Uploading of document - Reviewer receives notification Only but not owner of document.
3. Authorizing of document by reviewer - Email notification not working for 
    (i)   E-mail all users
    (ii)  E-mail whole department
    (iii) E-mail these users

Appreciate if anyone can help me.
