Hi there,
I have just installed it and want to use it, one of the features I liked about the product was its ability to maintain different versions of a document. I am finding it hard to actually find 'how to checkout a file?', I do see a menu option to check in the files BUT ??

I will really appreciate if someone can guide me through, as to what I am missing out on?
