so in the user management page, you should be able to assign the user to multiple departments.
when listing the documents -- list the documents for the departments the user is a member of only.

currently docman doesn't support a user in multiple departments, is this something easily implemented.

There are two dept, IT and sales. we can send between users of same department but no way possible between It and Sales. It cannot send to Sales or vice versa.

Can someone please answer.
