Community Support for OpenDocMan (Deprecated)

Hi,
Although entering the correct details, one of my users keeps getting an error and cannot log in.
I, as admin, have no problems.
I have tried to log in as the user with no success.
I have changed the password myself but no success.
I have emptied the password in the database and the user can log on without a password, but as soon as he enters a password in the profile page, or I as admin do it, he can not log on.
Any help appreciated.

Remove the user's password in MySQL.

Get them to login with no password then log out.

Add a password via MYSQL,

Get them to login and change it.

Following on from this I'd advise the User creation feature is bugged so I only change users from the DB now.
