Community Support for OpenDocMan (Deprecated)

Hi,

I have just installed a copy of OpenDocMan on my PC, and haven't even added a document yet, that's how new I am to this.

Is there a way to get OpenDocMan to poll a folder and automatically upload and add any documents found there? That would be my most important requirement. I saw a "plugins" folder - where can one find plugins? Might my need be met by a plugin?

I found a way - I will need to add an external process to insert a relevant record in the database, and rename and move the documents to the ODM data folder.

NettSite, maybe you could direct me to your information on this external process? This sounds like it would be very useful for the system I am trying to set up. Any assistance is appreciated, thanks!
