I setup the mysql db and php, I tried to create the config file by filling out the form. I hit next to get to step 2 and i get a blank page. This is on Windows 7 using IIS. I can connect to the database from command line, and my test php scripts work ok. I'm just getting a blank page on step 2 no errors. The data dir has write permissions for IIS_USERS. The IIS server is running on port 800. Any thoughts
