Community Support for OpenDocMan (Deprecated)

Could anyone advise me how to prevent a data disaster? I know the data are located outside the web-directory in form from *.dat files. So I think making a backup of he folders is a good idea. However, I do not know what I have to do on the database site.

I guess I have to make a database backup (dump?) whenever I backup the folder?
Please let me know what you do.

Hi Frank,

I am interested in this information too. Until a better answer is posted I will be running with an ordinary filesystem back up of the dataDir and the database.
