POST Content-Length of 11990143 bytes exceeds the limit of 8388608 bytes in Unknown on line 0
I got this error above.

I have already adjusted the admin settings in the max upload size. I've set it to 300MB but it will not accept files larger than 8MB.

Help where to troubleshoot this bug.
