Community Support for OpenDocMan (Deprecated)

good day,
Just thought I could use such feature and may be useful to others too. Since sometimes there is a need to share a file with a person who is not registered (and you do not want him to register), so file owner could get direct links to their files and then they would be able to share files with anyone on a need basis.

Yes, exactly like this.
Anonymous list would fit well for this purpose too, as long as it would provide a way to download file (authorized by owner for public/anonymous access) without need to log in.
