After installation and first login, i get this error message:

Warning: is_file() [function.is-file]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/etc/mime.types) is not within the allowed path(s): (/var/www/vhosts/domain.tld/httpdocs:/tmp) in /var/www/vhosts/domain.tld/httpdocs/opendocman/mimetypes.php on line 24

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /var/www/vhosts/domain.tld/httpdocs/opendocman/mimetypes.php:24) in /var/www/vhosts/domain.tld/httpdocs/opendocman/index.php on line 89

Any tips for me, to fix this problem?

Thanks

Looks like the /etc/mime.types is off-limits on your server. I will add a bug report for this. ODM should at least tell you about the issue instead of throwing a PHP error.
Any Fixes for this yet
1.2.6beta (Daily snapshot) should have this issue resolved.
