Community Support for OpenDocMan (Deprecated)

Hi. I've been playing around with opendocman.

Is it possible to set all documents added as forbidden to everyone except the uploader by default? I've found that if you upload a document, set permissions and then add another user they can see that the document exists (which I don't want).
