Community Support for OpenDocMan (Deprecated)

Hello there!
I represent a company that is currently trying the free version of this soft and my team has 2 questions:
1. If I modify a document which 200 people have access to, will they be able to see the updates that I've made? Or they are going to see only the original version and in that way I will be forced to select all of them all over again in order to see my modified document ?
2. Is there any way to read to document without downloading it? At the moment, we cannot read it online.

Hello,

1) The users would be access the previously approved revision of the document until you "check-in" and approve the new revision.

2) Not at this time. There are some cloud preview services you could potentially create a plugin to use.
