Hi there
I installed the system about 2 weeks ago and am going through the process of populating the database with documents. This all works great. How ever, if i add a new user i then have to manually go to each document and add that user to the permissions of the documents. Is there a way that this is batched or am i missing somthing when i add the user?
I have tried making sure that they are in the right department.
any help would be greatly apprecitated.
