Multiple Locations

I am wondering if there is a way to make the software be able to handle multiple facilities without multiple installs of the software. I want to use one domain but have some way for the software to let the person choose their location and login or when the user logs in...the software redirects the person to their facility files repository. I hope i am being clear with my explanation.
