I read the installation instructions and seem to fall over on something extremely basic:

4. Load the installation page in your web browser at /install/
(ex. <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.example.com/opendocman/install">http://www.example.com/opendocman/install</a><!-- m --> ) and click on the
new install link.

Where do I find the installation page?

I have downloaded the Windows version and unzipped it, the only install directory is :
opendocman-1.2.5.6\install in which there are a number of php files.

Are there any better installation instructions?
