Hi there
I work for a non-profit with team members in various places around the world. We often collaborate on documents so besides needing a file location on the location machine we were wondering whether it is also possible to provide a file location as a url instead?
We have many documents scattered all over the place and this looks like exactly the kind of thing we need to be able to categories by departments/projects & allow info to be found much more easily.

Do you mean having a URL associated with the document record? Or being able to point it to a remote file instead of physically uploading one?
