Opendocman is an excellent CMS i needed.

I want to open the uploaded file into the browser not in the download page.

If anybody have solution plase let me know

I think viewing a file in-line in a browser is based on the browser settings.

That depends on your local computer setup. I already see pdf files in browser Windows + Firefox + Foxit Reader.
Just don't click DOWNLOAD button on file view, click "Click here". This will show files inside browser, Download will initiate download to your computer.

Maybe Stephen could make it a button also so it's more clear.

This might be something that you have already tried...but I thought I would mention it anyway. Have you tried to use the page view web part and link to the document?
