Hi,
I wish to opt for OpenDocMan as my document management solution. I did find some issues concerned with user creation in free version. I do not mind taking premium support and assistance of OpenDocMan during installation, configuration and maintenance. I wish to know how are their service levels and quality, if anyone of you have already taken it. I might need their help in customisation of UI and other configurations.
Your word of reply with recommendation would highly be appreciated.
