Newbie Manual Install Help Needed... - Stephen - 01-13-2010 zipper103 2007-06-08 11:05:34 PDT I'm hosting my site on PowWeb, just incase that helps. I created a MySql database and user. I modified the config.php file. I uploaded all of the files to my website. I typed in <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://www.mywebsite/FolderWhereIUploadedEverything/">http://www.mywebsite/FolderWhereIUploadedEverything/</a><!-- m --> and I get the message: "403 - Forbidden" So, I went into Dreamweaver and changed the permissions for the entire folder that I uploaded to allow everyone permission to do everything (which obviously I'll change later). I get the same message. Any idea what I'm doing wrong, this early in the game?
